Tom has been actively involved in personal injury litigation and general civil litigation since 1980. He has tried more than 50 cases to juries. Tom has been a Registered Mediator since 1997 and has been involved in the mediation of hundreds of cases, both as an attorney for one of the parties, and as a mediator. Tom also represents two banks in their transactional needs and litigation.
