Practice Experience
Bill's practice focuses civil litigation. A member
of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, he has tried
over 360 civil jury trials in the State of Indiana in
the federal district courts and in counties all over
the State. Bill has tried cases in almost every area
of civil trial practice, including insurance defense,
personal injury, contracts, product liability, and fire
losses. In addition to his vast trial experience, Bill
is also an accomplished panelist, having appeared on
"Auto Accidents Non-Driver Liability"
(ICLEF 1986), "The Nuts and Bolts of an Automobile
Negligence Case" (ICLEF 1987), "Basic Insurance
Law" (ICLEF 1990), and "Trial Objections"
(ICLEF 1993). Bill has also served on the faculty of
the Indiana Trial Advocacy College and in 1989 was named
Indiana Defense Lawyer of the Year.
